About The Role
We're looking for a Project Manager who can coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder deliverables and keep everything on track. You'll manage timelines, dependencies, client expectations, and cross-team coordination for high-value marketing projects.
This isn't administrative task management. You'll own the strategy of how projects get delivered, remove blockers before they become disasters, and make sure clients feel like their projects are priority. You'll work with designers, developers, strategists, and clients—keeping everyone aligned and accountable.
What You'll Do
- Project Planning & Timelines: Break down projects into phases and milestones. Create realistic timelines accounting for dependencies, client approvals, and team capacity. Track against deadlines relentlessly.
- Stakeholder Communication: Conduct kick-off calls with clients. Send weekly status updates. Surface risks early. Manage expectations around scope, timeline, and budget.
- Client Deliverable Tracking: Manage the complete client handoff process—from discovery through delivery. Track assets, approvals, revisions, and final delivery.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate across teams (design, development, copywriting, etc.). Identify dependencies. Unblock team members when they're stuck. Keep sprints moving.
- Documentation & Process: Build and maintain project templates, checklists, and documentation. Capture what works and standardize it across projects.
- Systems & Tool Optimization: Manage our project management systems. Build dashboards showing pipeline health, delivery status, and team capacity.
You Have (Required)
Project Management Expertise
You've managed complex projects end-to-end. You understand timelines, dependencies, resource allocation, and risk management. Methodologies matter less than results.
Communication Skills
You're excellent at both listening and clearly explaining status/blockers/risks. You make clients feel heard and keep teams aligned. Feedback is clear and kind.
Organized & Detail-Oriented
You love systems and checklists. Details don't slip through the cracks on your watch. You follow up on action items and hold people (including yourself) accountable.
Flexibility & Calm
Things change. Scope creeps. Clients shift priorities. You roll with it, communicate clearly, and stay calm under pressure without losing sight of the goal.
Nice To Have
- Experience managing digital marketing or agency projects
- Familiarity with web/design/development workflow (you don't need to design, but understand the process)
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, etc.)
- Understanding of marketing deliverables (landing pages, campaigns, content, automation workflows)
- Client-facing background (consulting, agency work, etc.)
- WordPress, HubSpot, or digital marketing platform familiarity
Projects You'll Manage
Typical Client Size: Enterprise (HP, Logitech, Dell, FranklinCovey, Warner Bros. Discovery). High stakes, high expectations, lots of stakeholders.
Team Size: Typically 2–5 team members per project. You coordinate across internal specialists and external freelancers/contractors.
Why You'll Love This
- High-Impact Work: Your coordination directly affects whether we win enterprise clients and how much they love working with us.
- Diverse Projects: Every project is different (different clients, deliverables, teams). You never get bored.
- Client Relationships: You're the primary contact for clients. They remember you. You shape the relationship and client satisfaction.
- Systems Building: You get to design how projects flow through the company. Build templates, checklists, and workflows that make execution faster and more reliable.
- Leadership Without Managing: You lead projects and coordinate people without formal "manager" title. Direct influence, clear impact.
