About The Role
We're looking for a Content Creator who can write compelling, strategic content that drives engagement and conversions. You'll be the voice behind multiple content channels—blog posts that rank, email sequences that convert, and LinkedIn content that builds thought leadership.
This role is about depth over volume. We're not looking for someone who churns out 10 mediocre posts a week. We want someone who researches topics thoroughly, understands our audiences, and writes with intention. Your work will directly support our lead generation and brand-building efforts.
What You'll Do
- Blog Post Writing: Research, outline, and write in-depth blog posts (1,500–3,000 words) on marketing, automation, and digital strategy topics. Own the publishing process and SEO optimization.
- Email Sequences: Write cold email campaigns, follow-ups, and nurture sequences. Test different angles and iterate based on open/reply rates.
- LinkedIn Content: Create and publish personal brand content (thought leadership posts, insights, engagement hooks) across multiple profiles.
- Topic Research & Ideation: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor content, and audience pain points. Recommend content topics that address real market demands.
- Copy Optimization: Write landing page copy, email subject lines, call-to-action text, and other high-leverage marketing copy.
- Content System Management: Work with our Google Sheets content hub and n8n publishing workflows to get content published efficiently.
You Have (Required)
Strong Writing
You write clearly, concisely, and persuasively. Grammar is solid. You understand tone and can adapt your voice to different audiences and channels.
Research Skills
You dig into topics before writing. You understand how to find credible sources, validate claims, and build an argument with evidence.
Marketing Mindset
You understand the "why" behind content. Who's the audience? What action do you want them to take? How does this fit the bigger picture?
Self-Direction
You don't need hand-holding. You can manage your own editorial calendar, meet deadlines, and take feedback constructively.
Nice To Have
- Published blog posts (on your own site or Medium)
- Email copywriting or cold outreach experience
- Basic SEO knowledge (keyword research, meta descriptions, etc.)
- Experience with WordPress, LinkedIn publishing, or content management systems
- Marketing background or sales understanding (helps with copywriting)
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, email open rates, etc.)

Platforms: WordPress sites, Google Sheets (content hub), Acelle (email platform), LinkedIn, email.
